Pivacs would have known weeks ago the CRH JV was a no go. These things are known well before we poor folk get any sniff. So my question is why the big push to do more builds for Pulte than originally planned and have them "front and centre" the other day. of course you can't negotiate in advance of the exclusivity period but I'm guessing negotiations have been happening behind closed doors and may not take long to finalise as normal. Just my thoughts
