    Surely the abundant use of the drug(Lani) in Japan is somewhat of a large based trial in itself.
    The Japanese people are not foolish and are very health conscious, if Lani was not effective and doing what it was supposed to do they would not be embracing it as they have.
    How come the Barda board do not take this into account????
