Cool heads, there are moments when I think "i broke my golden rule and I did not sell when the SP went below 20/40 ema trend lilnes." Why? Because there was a court decision to come that should reverse the trend, like all I did not expect a 9 month process. As many of the good people on here have said, the fundamentals have not changed since the permit approval in april 23. Infact the fundamentals have improved slightly with a couple of announcements showing on going progress with plant permits and people who have joined the Talga AB board. To this point there has been no news that has been detrimental.
Should the appeal go Talga's way, it is the final decision, then there will be a scramble to get 17m shorted shares back in.
