I'm not sure why you think it could be launched this year.
My understanding from the AGM is that they are still working on prototypes, which means the design is not yet finalised.
Also they are still in discussions with potential partners. I expect to see an an announcement when any partnering agreements are signed. They cant decide on a launch date until after that is done.
