the thing that is not right moveonup is the same as its always been NXS are sml fish in a big bowel and this management team has no idea how to deal in that sort of environment. Fowler has a brilliant solution, pay him self zillions keep stalling the market and when it all crashes he has made a fortune. Fowler is an incompitant manager but he is now wealthy and incompitant. There will be more delays and more stalling more deception NXS cant anounce anything positive if there is nothing positive happening.
