In COMSEC, you can edit the average purchase price to whatever you want. Easy to set it at $0.00 thus hiding the amount of capital you have invested.
As I record everything in a spreadsheet, every time I have participated in an SSP, I edit the COMSEC table to reflect the correct average buy price, because the added shares do not include the SSP purchase price.
