Its only been the assumption of people on here that Cityview has been trying to aquire one of the 3 Kwanza areas up for grabs on the Sonangol site. Perhaps there are other permits available that are not listed. Maybe it would be worth someone who has regular email contact with Smyth asking him about the Kwanza permit process and in particularly asking if we are part of the current Sonangol bidding proccess listed on their website.

Also note that Smyth did say that they were working with other partners to aquire the kwanza permit, it could be that we are under another name.

Still think it would be worth it for one of the regulars to send him and email quizing him about the process though.
