    I'm in the O&G industry (topsides, but know a little about drilling). I haven't seen a well schematic (if anyone can link me to one that'd be good), but I'd interpret the comments as driving a 24.5" casing through to 151 feet, spudding, and having drilled through to 130 feet as of last report.
