Well as a comparative GGE own more land and are not in debt. I only look at what is on offer for long term, not quick money and compare from other rides i have been on.And after all thats life.
Some will hate this share because they can't wait, some will wait and maybe gain, nothing is for sure, but when it does move, dammed if i'm not onboard.
Just my take and everyone does their own.
