I cannot believe ASX would suspend trading in a stock, any stock, regardless of where it's conducting its business (it is still listed HERE in Aust), and not require a SITREP far sooner than this.

My heart wants to believe there is a perfectly plausible outcome to all of this, but my head sadly can only see potential for some criminal proceedings when people are eventually prised out of their hidey holes.

Pity CXN wasn't higher profile, ASX maybe could be held more accountable themselves then.

Thank God one can offset this against gains (one day...) - though at the outset I don't believe the company was intended to become the sponge it seems to have become. We and our funds definitely got hijacked back down the road aways...

Monners, I've always respected your point of view here and on other threads...would appreciate your take on the latest.
