Far better than the .25c-.30c in the dollar previously anticipated. Would put me back in the game again lol.
69 cents in the dollar without the cost of a legal battle or giving S & G or other 50% seems a very good deal to me.
Hopefully all involved will see it as a very reasonable outcome under the circumstances and sign up to settlement.
