Not sure about the free equity bit or whether it was a trustee acct .
Have to note the director of sonray is now in jail as he robbed the segregated acct from memory . I haven't followed it closely as had no cash with them when they fell over . Was only a small acct with 7 or 8 k but but but . I still get all the email stuff as I had an acct still .
cuzo guessing others will still sue them for the balance .
