No Gse - would not be intereste din suing if I can get 69 cents in the dollar back without paying lawyers and tying the money up for a decade years while the lawyers fight it out. Nup - we take a punt on th emarket (the safety of our funds should not be such a punt but obviously it is nowdays)so if I can get 69 cents in the dollar without a fight that is close enough for me
