Leighton owns Nextgen which has over 8500 Kms of Fiber Optics for mainly long haul data transport, at first glance this is not a bad move from Leighton.

Sony owns already a stake, about 15%, in Movies Online, a representative from Sony is getting his appointment to Movies Online Board confirmed at the AGM on the 27th of April.

This AGM meeting is going to be really interesting I think.

Over all these moves seem to be in the right direction, but again everyone is kept in the dark. I agree it is time that the Directors change or at least the roles of Directors.
