Chilia - I am confused as my reading of the announcement was that Sony are taking 17m shares for consideration equivalent to 5.3c (so yes I agree, it is most likely for monies owing) but the capital raising by issuing 58,471,699 shares at 5.3c was not to Sony so presumably to existing or potential shareholders. read the announcement again & let me know what you think. To me it is a bit of cooking the books in that they swap the debt to Sony for equity and by saying they were at 5.3c each, they are attempting to establish 5.3c as true & fair value to encourage others to subscribe at that price. To me it is blatent ramping.
