NewTrader77, I think the confussion comes from people (journos included) reading two transactions as one. My take is: transaction one is Sony take 17m shares in lieu of $900k owed, transaction 2 is the capital raising of $3m by attempting to issue shares at 5.3c each which from their announcement = 58,471,699 shares. So, formerly (currently) the shares on issue = 271,505,345 & if successful the new figure = 346,584,906. If this happens, providing an existing shareholder does not buy more shares then their existing shareholding will be diluted. As an example, if I had 10% currently of RMA I would have 27, 150,535 shares and should I not purchase any new ones, after the capital raising and the issue to Sony, I would still have 27, 150,535 BUT it would now equal 7.82%. You have identified yourself as an employee of RMA so my advice is take a salary in $'s not equity or options. Remember a bird in the hand....
