I'm trying to get a grasp of the main hurdles WBT face commercializing their product(s) and came across Sony's plans for their own reram product.
Has anyone actually researched this properly and have any thoughts on it?
Obviously could have huge long-term benefits to their gaming consoles, but price may be a problem there. Sony also have a huge optics/imaging product suite, and reram as embedded memory could be a huge play for them.
