Just looked at CommSec - lots of buyers and very few sellers. Everyone seems to be holding & waiting for news. There hasn't been any announcements for months about the deal with Sony. We have about $2.5 million in cash, and currently burning at $500K per quarter. So, you would expect some action (of some kind) relatively soon.
