Lets call the long term 5 years.(some would say 10)
To hit $20 in 5 years, based on yesterdays close the SP will have to appreciate 20% pa. Bearing in mind a dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow....
At $20 market cap is $3.4b with no cash flow.
Reminds me of the dot com days....
