re: ann - no more 1 for 10 consolodation The Directors of Senetas Corporation Limited advise that the company has removed the
resolution addressing the consolidation of capital from the agenda for the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 28 October 2004.
Senetas Chairman, Mr Francis Galbally, said the move was no longer necessary:
“Current market conditions and the strong growth in the company’s share price have changed
the board’s view on the proposed 1 for 10 share consolidation. We believe the current capital
structure is appropriate at this point in time.”
“I’m looking forward to meeting with shareholders at the upcoming AGM and updating them on
the progress we have made at Senetas,” he said.
The Annual General Meeting to be held at Eden on the Park, 6 Queens Road, Melbourne at
10.30am on Thursday 28 October 2004.
Shareholders unable to attend the meeting may wish to vote by proxy using the form sent with
the original notice of meeting. Additional proxy forms can be obtained by contacting
