    Arrowhead's promotion of Cougar may be the first step
    toward a OTCQX U.S. Primary Listing for this company.

    December/07,Linc did a OTCQX listing using ADRs.
    One ADR =10 LNC shares.The lowest bid was $5.05,..
    highest $14.41.Would be very surprised if Cougar
    doesn't travel down the same road.Especially now
    that Brad Glynne at the helm.
