100 million at 8.25 cents. The main reason the share price has'nt been able to head north is because Pattersons are doing the raising and they have been the biggest seller of the stock because they know that they are guaranted to get all their stock back at a cheaper price. Why would'nt you?
I think that the selling pressure will quickly disappear once this placement is put away.
