Surprised also thet the director did not exercise his options given the share price is now above the 40cent conversion price. Would have been a good show of confidence. However, it would have been a lot of cash to find and given the fickle/volatile/risk aversion market of recent times I guess you can understand the logic of why he let them expire. It is not as if his other holdings in ALD are insignificant either so he has plenty of upside anyway.
All the same I make a note of this on the negatives column of my ALD notes in my little black book!
