I feel like saying this is extraordinary, that the update is due on the week of the 4th of June and here we are still waiting. But to say extraordinary implies it is out of the ordinary and it isn't. Bloody POH! It is the Charlie Brown of the share market.
A more worrying sign for me is that we are now have gone 6 months with no new news on any other aspect of the business! I would have thought once the formal hearing had concluded the attention and time of management would have moved towards signing a deal or two! The fact that they haven't is a real concern. Are they waiting for the Mylan decision before signing any deals? Is it that they are holding out so to be in a better position with money behind them? Or is it that they have nothing to sign? Not sure which it is but I hope to hear about something other than arbitration soon.....
