I think sometimes a sanity check is good for these sorts of situations. We were all excited at the 3 month stage, then did a little research and found the deadline would be six months. However, the Government will not force themselves to adhere to these guidelines. If the significant amount of documentation hasn't been properly reviewed before the deadline, they're not going to do a rush job on it. the guidelines are exactly that - guidelines. In reality, most projects are a lot smaller than this so they will get through in 6 months, but with projects like this - due diligence is key. I get the feeling Rex actually told us it would take longer than the 6 months without actually spelling it out. Have a look at the quarterly report and they say they've received feedback from the DPC and will be working on finalising the PEPR following a bit of back and forth. Be patient and buy up, these prices are insanely cheap IMO.
