Agree, not huge barriers to entry, but if they get a move on as they are hopefully doing as we speak in the US, they will get the first mover advantage and once they have a solid customer base - they will become the incumbent.
Then it'll be the same situation as they already have here in Aust. - new school can either go with MGM who have 90% market share and hundreds of schools, or they can go with XYZ Inc. who have a handful of clients and litle market share.
