I am confused by all the crap that is being posted on the board.... far too much to sift through now.
Does anyone actually know if LYC has submitted the final two conditions on the TOL issuance or not? or are we still waiting on them to do so? So far Ive seen yes, no, partly.

no speculation or opinion, just whats actually happened so far and what needs to be done now would be nice for a change lol
