Such an announcement, with or without an MOU, would surely drive the shareprice much higher. Perhaps 10+ cents.
Hence it still makes sense to me to see the options expire worthless and raise cash at a higher level. I also think people converting the options would just sell anyway, creating pressure.
Perhaps Mason has been giving NXR directors some advice already.
