    I know some shares are not the 'market darlings' but how can URL stay so cheap -- only 260 mill shares, 15 mill in the bank, an actual copper and gold reserve (proved) with feasability done and now this - wow - an announcement like this in some of the other U shares would have seen it nearly double

    go figure
