R&D was always going to be expensive which they are coming towards the end of. Cash burn has to be expected and there is probably no reason for a cap raise at this point as debts and invoices are being paid. Depends on the size of the deal. At 20/25m mc a deal of similar size would double the share price. The deal would have to be that kind of money over 1/2 years.
