Have you actually looked at their website or investor presentations?
Company has a small MC <$20m (inc $3m Cash), no debt, board holds 20% of SOI, $10m rev last year.
Essentially they are an engineering consultancy, they work across various sectors (Rail, Water, Pharma/Biotech, Oil & Gas) and as far as I can tell they assist in cleaning the crap out of the byproducts from the industries aforementioned using their own technologies.
Personally I am mainly waiting for news on new deals (previously stated to be this month) and the completion of their CDP pilot programmes with Greentech in China this year which may open up opportunities.
