For anyone bullish about MDV with available funds this may represent a fabulous buying opportunity.

Sure there has been some dilution but the shares may have been oversold well below any realistic valuation.

This has more than likely been occasioned by a "lender" dumping shares at a quick profit. The approach is is in all likelihood not a reflection on the Company's prospects. The lender is simply taking profit and moving on.

There has been an "exponential" effect that may well end with the last tranche.

The obvious remedy if you believe there is an upside in the share price (and I'm not commenting either way) and you have the funds is to take advantage of the discounted price.

I have treated this as a placement to unsophs at .003 and .002.
