Sophisticated Investor certificate - some infor please

I can get my accountant to provide me with the required sophisticated investors certificate.

Question is, if I am aware of a possible upcoming CR, what do I do? Finf out the broker who is doing the CR and register with them and tell them how much monsy I am prepared to commit to the CR.

Once the money is received and accepted, I assume the shares then go into my share account, in my case commsec.

Any advise or tips would be greatly appreciated.

How does sophs cert compare to wholesale cert ?

I know there is a heap of knowledge out there.
