My sentiments also Unicorn1.

It is beside the point for Lincoln Augustus to say shareholders could have bought on market at 55 cents weeks ago and even cheaper before that ... so could have the placementees. So what, that was then not now.

Placementees were offered shares at a 23.6% discount to market and so can quickly turn a profit. It was heavily oversubscribed because it was a generous deal which was not extened to shareholders.
