It is not sour grapes at all, it is the fact that the shareholders have been shafted with disregard, and treated like mushrooms.

What was wrong with say, give the brokers and sohisticated investor $40mill worth and give the other $10mill worth to the shareholders??

After all they were not desperate for funds, were they?

It is very clear to me that the Management don't give a hoot about their shareholders. They only need us to start up a Company, and after that we are nothing, just a mob of whingers and a spanner in the wheels. That's all.
