    Whats the fully diluted MC right now?

    I got to ~$170 mil @31c + the convertible notes which could end up being up to another 23.42% dilution (assuming the mid range dilution calcs from the NOM) Or am I reading this wrong?

    Interested in the project but trying to confirm current MC to see what value is left to people entering now.
