Yep, all factored in and Kahuna is right, MC once shares have been placed in a month or so will be ~$170 mill at current prices.
Valuations floating around suggest $200-$250 mill (45c) is closer to fair value.
The other thing punters need to remember, is that there are 4 more weeks of trading here....with no overhang.
