So, is it on lease to the prison, or does SOR have a perimeter surveillance contract with them, or is it still part of some developmental programme?
It's a bit off the wall, but I suppose Strategic could use the provision-of-service business model, instead of the sale-of-product model; retain ownership of the equipment and contract to provide the service. Dunno how that would affect their PDF status, though. :-D
