you can call this the G20 bounce....began yesterday....hopes are high for something concrete to come out of this confab...
i have my doubts because merkel/sarkozy are not singing from the same sheet as obama...
likely outcome will be a high sounding, meaningless, communique...which will be received positively by markets, desperate to believe that government debt can make private debt go away for good
