My comments:

This tells us a few things.

1. How the financial media was anti gold by telling us only part of the story - that Soros had sold out of gold.

2. Soros sees better value in gold shares compared to physical gold and is getting set.

3. Soros's lawyers have obviously read the ETF prospectus. If there are any issues about an ETF actually holding all the physical gold it claims to hold one would not expect someone like Soros to be heavily invested in that ETF when these issues become mainstream.
