Drugs are drugs. If they change you, they are drugs. Well that is a lot of things that we put in our bodies that may be classes as drugs.

Me, legalise it all, put humans that wont to use them onto a island (metaphor) and fence them in. That way:

reduce crime,
reduce prison space
reduce inefficent workers
reduce violence
reduce police force
reduce hosptial admission
reduce accidents
reduce insurance costs
reduce stress etc

The human can come out when they are clean. While living on the island (metaphor)
Free drugs
Free Food
Free Medical care
Free accomodation
Free burial

Over the top I know and uncosted, but I would love to go into town, sit on the harbour at night and not get harrased.
