I think the expectation of "huge profits from day 1" is wildly ambitious, notwithstanding how good the beer and food might be. After all, the number of patrons will be limited by the liquor license - 140 people (maximum) is not many, really. I hope VCGLR approve the use of a tent on the site for serving liquor.

Regarding takeaway, I would have thought it was almost a free kick - if you visit the venue and like the product, or you simply want to purchase some, why would you not offer it?
