Rudd played dumb in saying it would not lead to this, but it has. I also believe that He, Julia Garret and others want this.

Why now let the courts go through all their BS taking the cream off the top and wasting court time that could be used for better purposes.

As Dave has said, create a fund and consult the stolen generation as to how they would like to see it spent for the advancement of their people and this country.

Get on with it... for the sake of us all.
