G'Day there bones. Don't really know what mining companies pay in royalties to indigenous landholders but as a general index as to the way royalties work. we pay a royalty to dept of mines and also local council of 50cents/tonne of road base gravel transported from our quarry.
I would imagine that a similar sort of deal would be struck with native title holders though it may relate to tonnage of unprocessed ore or concentrate sold or whatever.
