On this news I really dont ustand why GDN went into a trade halt. All i can say is....if this is all they got ( and i know U ann still is outstanding) then its going to get smashed. and dnt get me wrong..I dont want it to.but the market expectations is so much. The U ann will have to be so much better but I have hardly come across a share price going north that much on just a JV initiative. interesting tho, capital raising will hve to be done...guess what GDN as of now doesnt have much money..i know options are expiring tho....
All in all,with the info i have...and the no. of shares i hold...i am worried.
U ann is imp...........but i doubt it will keep the sp at the current levels..sorry guys..just my thought hope i am wrong
