Ferrier Hodgson published a report to creditors on 13th June 2011 that detailed further changes to the YA Global Proposal and seeks to again extend the completion date.

On the basis that the Creditors;

"Accept the terms of the DOCA variation proposal"

then a Shareholder EGM will likely follow at which shareholders will vote on the YA Global Proposal. That's a fairly basic explanation but in essence that's what is not long now...
