Thanks for clarifying SD. I'll confirm the figure in the Final Year Report...
The simplest solution might be to vote against the renumeration report at the AGM. And Urge all other (Major/Minor) shareholders to do the same.
Although i do not know the corporate repecussions of such a move -Can some one clarify?
