Sorry for Interupting! But the Facts..., page-7

Aren't we missing the point with this discussion?? I always thought that executive management was all about delivering results, not about how hard one is trying! That's the expectation that comes with a high executive salary (or any salary, for that matter).

I don't care if the execs are spending 24 hours a day making contacts (which they're clearly not!) - if those contacts are not translating into sales then they're not earning their salaries, simple as that. And, on the face of it, with many, many months since the last announcement of any significance, the approach/effort being taken doesn't seem to be working particularly well.

I'll continue to hope that I'll be proven wrong, but I won't be voting in favour of any remuneration increase until results start to justify it.
