I remember this issue has been raised many times on this thread, and i think Leory and Pheonix have spoken to HR about it but i am not sure what kind of answer they recieved from him.

According to ASX rules, directors cannot buy shares on market if they are expecting a price sensitive announcements to be released within two weeks, so let us hope this is the case here :)
