    My US-based broker, InterActive Brokers, showed that for a short while this evening (mid-day Sydney time).

    However, the notification is now gone, so I assume IB had a software glitch.

    (Mods: I saved a screenshot showing the "HALTED" notification. This is not a scam. Happy to email it to you.)
